1. Nature of Services (Important)

Josh Zuker Consultancy provides non-legal, experience-based support only.

All services are grounded in real lived experience and are designed to support, prepare, and guide clients through their personal journey. We do not provide:

• legal advice

• legal representation

• legal review

• legal strategy

• legal opinions or outcomes

2. Client Disclaimer & Acknowledgement

All clients are required to receive, review, and sign a disclaimer prior to, or at the commencement of, services. This disclaimer confirms that the client understands and acknowledges that:

• Josh Zuker Consultancy is not a legal service provider

• All support provided is non-legal and based on lived experience only

• Any decisions, documents, or actions remain the sole responsibility of the client

• Independent legal advice should be sought where required

Services will not proceed until this acknowledgement is completed.

3. Scope of Support

Our services may include (but are not limited to):

• General guidance and preparation support

• Document organisation and readiness assistance

• Experience-based feedback and discussion

• Case and information organisation

• Communication and conversation preparation

• Practical next-step planning

All support is informational, preparatory, and supportive only.

4. No Legal Reliance

Clients agree that:

• No information provided by Josh Zuker Consultancy is to be relied upon as legal advice

• We do not assess legal merits, outcomes, compliance, or risk

• We do not communicate with courts, lawyers, or third parties on a client’s behalf unless explicitly authorised for administrative purposes only

 

5. Fees, Pricing & Payment

• All pricing is inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated

• Fees are charged as fixed-price packages, not hourly rates

• Payment is required at the time of purchase

• Prices and inclusions are clearly outlined prior to engagement

Any additional services outside the agreed package will be discussed and agreed to before proceeding.

6. Support Boundaries & Fair Use

Where packages include phone or email support:

• Support is intended for reasonable use, clarification, and follow-up

• Support is not unlimited or on-demand

• Excessive or inappropriate use may require an upgrade or additional booking

Response times are within standard business hours unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of information they provide

• Their own decisions, actions, and outcomes

• Seeking appropriate professional or legal advice when required

Josh Zuker Consultancy does not guarantee outcomes or results.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Josh Zuker Consultancy is not liable for any loss, damage, or outcome arising from reliance on our services

• We are not responsible for decisions made by clients or third parties

• All services are provided “as is” for support and guidance purposes only

 

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

• Refunds are not guaranteed once services have commenced

• Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis

 

11. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website and applies from the date of publication.
