[Please note: the 1-hour duration applies to the phone call booking slot only and does not reflect the length of the service package you have purchased] This package includes everything in Foundation Support and Guided Support, plus: → Priority access to administrative support → Extended ongoing phone and email support, within reasonable use boundaries → Ongoing document and case organisation assistance as matters progress → Preparation support across multiple stages of your matter → Regular check-ins to help you stay focused, organised, and on track → Experience-based guidance as circumstances change and new challenges arise → Access to MyCaseMate — including a basic subscription to support ongoing organisation and tracking (launching soon) → Ongoing administrative support is provided within reasonable use boundaries and is not unlimited.
