A comprehensive starting package designed to give you clarity, structure, and practical direction from the outset. [Please note: the 1-hour duration applies to the phone call booking slot only and does not reflect the length of the service package you have purchased] This package includes: → Initial phone consultation (1 hr) to understand your situation and priorities → Basic email and phone support for reasonable follow-up questions and clarification → High-level, non-legal guidance on the early stages of the process, including what to focus on and how to prepare → Administrative support structuring key issues and identifying practical next steps → Case Foundations — help to understand, organise, and prepare your first case or matter → Parenting Plan guidance and experience-based administrative support (non-legal) → Assistance organising documentation for referral to legal or professional services → Real, experience-based referrals to professionals who may be able to assist further → Information on available support groups and external resources → Practical guidance to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and focus Basic email and phone support is intended for brief check-ins and clarification only and is not unlimited.
